Physical Products (Books, Stickers, Merchandise)

You may request a return or exchange on physical items within 14 days of delivery if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The item is unused and in its original condition
How to Request a Return

Include a photo of the item if it’s damaged or incorrect
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions
Please Note:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was incorrect or damaged).
We do not accept returns on used or customized items.

Digital Products (eBooks, Printables, Downloads)

Because digital items are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
eBooks
Printable activity kits
Downloadable content
If you have trouble accessing your digital file or believe you received the wrong download, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for physical items with quality issues or shipping errors. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the process.
